Are there any extra costs on top of the fixed price?+
No. The all-in price covers the valuation, professional photography, listing on Funda and all portals, viewings, negotiation and legal close. There are no success fees or hidden costs.
When do I pay?+
You pay the package fee when you sign the agreement. No deposit, no interim invoices.
What if my home doesn't sell?+
There are no further costs. You only pay the fixed package fee for marketing and guidance - no commission based on the sale.
What is the difference between Basic, Plus and Premium?+
Basic covers the essentials (Funda, guidance, legal close). Plus adds premium photography, video and social marketing. Premium also includes styling advice and international exposure.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher package at any time during the term; you only pay the price difference.
